Arhar Dal
Arhar dal (or split pigeon peas) is a traditional Indian dish often served with rich spices over rice, and is a staple in many Indian restaurants and households. Toor Dal contains a very good amount of fiber which helps in regularising bowel movement. For a balanced diet Toor Dal provides requisite proteins. Toor Dal is a very good source of carbohydrates.
